We know that the day of a healthcare provider (HCP) can be busy. SOS was developed to help make your job easier by providing support when you need it. Our clinical education team is available to HCPs on weekdays, for instant live chat. When a phone call is not enough, we have video conference available. It’s just like we’re with you in the clinic!
There is no need for additional software – the SOS video conference can be accessed via a link with one click.

Atos Medical SOS program uses a HIPAA-compliant service that provides secure and encrypted audio, video chat and screen sharing information. This service is intended for clinicians only. We are unable to offer SOS directly to patients. If your patient will be present during a video chat, you will need to obtain their permission prior to the call. SOS is not available on weekends, observed US holidays and when Atos offices are closed.
